● Loose or dislodged stones caused by force or accidental impact

● Damage resulting from improper wear, storage, cleaning, or care

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delilah Olivia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products or services.

For best results and lasting beauty, all pieces should be stored and handled with care and inspected by a qualified professional when necessary.

Payment Terms

To secure a selected diamond, payment is required at the time of purchase. Depending on the supplier and availability, this may include either a deposit or full payment. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be completed prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing by Delilah Olivia.

Processing Time

All orders require a processing period of 1–3 business days prior to shipment. This timeframe allows for payment verification, quality inspection, and secure preparation of each item.

During periods of high demand or for select supplier-sourced diamonds, processing times may occasionally extend slightly. Any delays will be communicated promptly.

Order Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully received and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. This confirmation will include the order details and status of preparation.

Orders are not considered final until payment has been fully processed and confirmed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Information

At Delilah Olivia, every order is shipped securely through FedEx and is fully insured for the complete purchase value, giving you peace of mind from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Fee:
A flat shipping rate of $50 applies to all orders.

Estimated Delivery:

Most orders are delivered within 2 business days after they have been shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier operations.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates provided by the carrier for real-time delivery status.

Signature Confirmation:

For security purposes, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Once an order has been released to the shipping carrier, Delilah Olivia is not liable for delays resulting from weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control

Returns 

Due to the nature of individually sourced diamonds, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. We encourage clients to review all details carefully before confirming a purchase.
